An elegant entrance dotted with greenery gives tenants a pleasant, peaceful space to sit and relax. The rebuilt lobby welcomes with streamlined decor and clean white surfaces. Plans are in progress for more.

In 2015, Warsaw Towers received the BREEAM In-Use certificate with an “Excellent” rating in Building Management and a “Very Good” rating in Asset Performance.

The ground floor of Warsaw Towers houses a convenient retail space. Multiple entrances give tenants the choice of heading straight to the office, or stopping for a bite to eat, a coffee or a newspaper.
There is a secure underground car park with 197 spaces, plus bike storage facilities for cycle commuters. It's a short walk from Metro, bus and tram stops, Veturilo bike-hire stations and Warsaw Central Railway Station.
Next door is the Złote Tarasy shopping centre. Tenants can pick up lunch or groceries, get their dry-cleaning done, shop for clothes or gifts all within a few minutes’ walk.
The reception is staffed 8am-6pm, Monday-Friday, with 24-hour security. Tenants have 24/7 access to offices and car park.
